The state of Nebraska got its name from the Platte River, which means "shallow water," because it is the Missouri Channel that flows through the state. The state capital was Omaha, which was later moved to Lancaster (later renamed Lincoln after the assassinated President Abraham Lincoln). When the Kansas-Nebraska Act came into effect, a teritory state was defined as "a state of thirteen years, of land and water, covering a total of 1,000 square miles.
The first wagons travelled the same route used by the early fur trader Hiram Scott in the 1830s, and the steep slope named after him served as an important crossroads for people heading west. Almost immediately after his death, a bluff along the North Platte River became known as Scott's Bluff. His bones were found in a nearby creek, where he had left his wife and two young children after his death.
The basic story of Scott's death was first recorded by Warren A. Ferris, who traveled the area in the 1830s. In 1834, missionary Jason Lee recorded a story about Hirman Scott that was very similar to the earlier version, in which the pathetic Scott crossed 100 miles before dying on a steep slope along the North Platte River.
It is known that there was a man named Hiram Scott who was employed by the American Fur Company. There is evidence that he was injured during a meeting with Blackfeet Indians during a rendezvous at Bear Lake, Utah, in 1828. It is believed that Hir returned to St. Louis on August 18-28 after the rendezvous, where he died on the bluff that now bears his name.
He was entitled to half of the first premium, for the amount he received from the firm in cash through his legal representative, plus any amount of his cash.
It follows that the insurance contract becomes effective if, as claimed by the plaintiff, all conditions of the contract are waived. If the Insured Party is an insurance contractor and Tucker has knowledge or notice of such termination, he has no authority to waive or amend the terms of this Agreement. The insurance is taken into account because the alleged policyholder cannot claim against the insurance against the loss of the insurance cover granted to him or her by the favourable construction method as a condition of this contract, nor does it constitute a measure of the liability of the insurance company. It follows, however, that an insurance contract only takes effect if the plaintiff waives all the conditions in the contracts.
We are the leader in cardiac care in the region and our nurses are at the forefront of providing quality healthcare. The communities in western Nebraska understand that the shortage of nurses in rural areas is critical and that the shortage of nurses is critical. Talking to local supporters and friendly faces on the streets, we understand that nurses must be at the forefront of quality health care.
Hiram Scott was born in St. Charles County, Missouri, in 1805 and was the son of William Scott, the founder of Scotts Bluff, Nebraska's first hospital. Jeff is a member of the board of directors of the Nebraska Life Insurance Association (NELIA). Here, residents breathe a sigh of relief - overlooking a vast expanse of prairie, but one large and prominent one is called "Scotts Bluff," and still recalls a tragic incident that occurred nearly two centuries ago.
Life insurance premiums are generally affordable and provide financial protection to friends, family and businesses that depend on them. However, taking out life insurance can reduce death benefits, which could have a negative impact on beneficiaries. When the life insurance term expires, your cover will no longer be available to you, and when it expires, you will not be able to apply for life insurance until you return to the US and the life insurance term can be terminated before the term expires without you losing value.
Of course, the applicant or representative of the insurer has agreed with you on the terms of your application for life insurance. Such agreements are binding on the applicant and, unless they are prevented by a valid statutory provision, insurance companies may limit the scope of the agreements in insurance applications to a certain period of time. There are principles of general law and agencies around the world and in between, but we leave it to the applicant to determine for himself.
In the case of a reduced life insurance policy, where a joint debtor is insured, several persons may be insured at the same time. When a reduced life insurance policy is taken out for the joint debtor, both the debtor and the joint debtor are an insured debtor.
Insured life insurance means that a person's life is insured and the insurer's obligation to pay the premiums after death becomes due. The party concluding an insurance policy with an insurer or policyholder is designated as insured or insured.
